Fall 2026 Classes
Welcome to Little Lens Explorers!
Little Lens Explorers is a fun, hands-on photography program that inspires kids to explore, create, and tell stories through their cameras. Our welcoming, engaging classes are designed to spark curiosity, build confidence, and develop photography skills through creative challenges and real-world exploration.
Whether your child is picking up a camera for the first time or returning to continue their photography journey, each class encourages young photographers to grow at their own pace while developing technical skills, artistic confidence, and a unique creative voice. Through hands-on activities and guided exploration, students learn to notice the world around them, tell meaningful stories, and express themselves through photography—all while having fun and seeing life from a whole new perspective.
How the Class Works
Little Lens Explorers’ hybrid design combines short online lessons with hands-on class time. Less lecture time means more creativity and practice with their cameras.
Each week, your child begins with a short online lesson that introduces one key camera or photography concept. Because they arrive already familiar with the topic, our two-hour class can focus on deepening their understanding, putting the concept into practice, making adjustments, and building confidence with a camera in hand.
That’s the purpose of the hybrid format. By blending learning at home with class time, students get more time for hands-on practice, personalized guidance, and constructive feedback.
1. Learn it at home
Online lessons introduce each week’s concept in a fun, game-like format that keeps students engaged. Some lessons even include friendly challenges, with prizes awarded in class to add a little extra motivation.
2. Practice it in class
This is where the concept becomes a skill - During our two-hour in-person class, students put each concept into practice through real photography assignments, hands-on coaching, and thoughtful class critiques.
3. Take it on location
The semester includes a special on-location field trip where students put their skills to work in a real-world setting, while parents join in for a fun shared photography experience.
4. Celebrate their work
The semester closes with a Gallery Night finale, where students proudly display their photographs for family and friends to see their wonderful achievements.
Eight weeks. Eight online lessons. Eight in-person classes. One on-location field trip. One unforgettable Gallery Night.

Little Lens Explorers 1.0
-For beginner students with no prior knowledge or experience of camera and photography techniques.
Location: Crosspoint Church • Niceville, FL
Ages: 6-12
Schedule: Tuesdays, starting August 25th • 4pm - 6pm
Fall Semester (8 Weeks)
Course Fee: $500 ($31.25/class)
Monthly: $250 (1/2 on enrollment; 1/2 on the first day of the second 4 weeks)
Payment: Invoices will be sent via email - all major CC’s accepted
(Homeschool Students: Step Up for Students Direct Pay Accepted)
Little Lens Explorers 1.0

Ages: 6-12
Schedule: Tuesdays, starting August 25th • 9am -11am
Fall Semester (8 Weeks)
Course Fee: $500 ($31.25/class)
Monthly: $250 (1/2 on enrollment; 1/2 on the first day of the second 4 weeks)
Payment: Step Up for Students Direct Pay Accepted
Little Lens Explorers 2.0
-For continuing students or students with basic knowledge of camera and photography techniques.
Location: Crosspoint Church • Niceville, FL
Ages: 7-14
Schedule: Mondays, starting August 24th • 4pm - 6pm
Fall Semester (8 Weeks)
Course Fee: $500 ($31.25/class)
Monthly: $250 (1/2 on enrollment; 1/2 on the first day of the second 4 weeks)
